Homemade delights made with love by our CBI bakers- challah, rugelach, hamentaschen, & other wondrous treats
Seeded deli rye bread- 1.5 lb. sliced

Barbecue Booth

Slow roasted fresh brisket of beef, heaped high on a roll
Large knish; potato or vegetable – a traditional delicacy
Hot dog – ¼ pound all kosher beef served with all the fixings

Salmon Booth

Barbecue salmon plate - grilled to perfection, accompanied by a salad, a savory side dish of tabouli and pita bread

Dairy Booth

Dairy sampler plate- a cheese blintz, slice of kugel, fresh hot latke, sour cream, apple sauce, & strawberry jam
Blintz plate- a dairy delight- 2 tender blintzes (crepes) filled with flavored cheese served with sour cream and strawberry jam
Kugel- lovingly prepared fresh in our own kitchen! Eggs noodles, raisins, flavored cheese mixture make this a delicious treat

Deli Booth

Thinly sliced kosher-style hot pastrami or corned beef served on seeded deli rye bread with cole slaw, dill pickle and condiments

Desserts Booth

Dessert sampler- homemade treats from our temple kitchen - 1 each of rugelach, mandlebrot, hamentashen and strudel
New York style cheesecake slice

Try our famous potato latkes! A time honored recipe and Food Festival favorite: Latkes freshly prepared and served with sour cream and applesauce. Get them while they're hot!

Middle eastern plate- tabouli and hummus served with pita bread
Israeli salad- chopped cucumber, tomato and lettuce with a savory dressing
