Traveling from the Monterey Peninsula:

Take Highway 1 South to Carmel Valley Road. Turn left (east) on G-16 Carmel Valley Road and travel approximately 1.8 miles or after 3rd traffic light. As the 4-lane divided highway is narrowing down to a 2-lane road, an entry sign/way for Congregation Beth Israel will be on your right hand side.

If you reach Quail Lodge, you have gone too far.

Traveling from Salinas/Highway 68/Laureles Grade:

West on Highway 68 turn left onto Laureles Grade Road for 4.9 miles. Turn right (west) on Carmel Valley Road, travel for 7.6 miles. After Rancho San Carlos Road, (As the 2-lane divided highway is widening to a 4-lane road) merge into the center turn lane.  Congregation Beth Israel will be on your left hand side.

If you reach Rancho Canada Golf Links you have gone too far.
